Toby Stults
General Manager, Denver

Toby is the general manager of Scout's Denver office and is also one of the company's partners. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Denver office and handles all customer service, queries, and service scheduling.

 

 

 

 

Ryan Goral
General Manager, Boulder

Ryan is the general manager of Scout’s Boulder office and is also one of the company’s partners. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Boulder office and handling all customer interactions, he is focused on business development and market growth for Scout in Boulder and the surrounding areas.

 

 

Carlos Hernandez
Quality Control

Carlos Hernandez is Scout's quality control expert, working with both the Boulder and Denver offices. He oversees all Scout's cleaning professionals and visits customers' homes periodically (during scheduled cleans) to ensure Scout cleaners are delivering the highest quality maid service and meeting or exceeding client expectations. Carlos also works in the Scout office, interacting with customers, handling customer queries, and scheduling services.
