How do I provide feedback on my cleaning?

We encourage our customers to provide feedback to us, as we feel that open and honest communication is the key to a successful client relationship. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, you can contact us by phone or email any time. If you miss us or call after hours, don’t worry—we’ll get back to you right away.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

We want you to be completely happy every time we clean your home, and so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an area was missed or you are not satisfied for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send the team back to your house to correct the problem—at our expense. At Scout, superior customer service is standard. We regularly ask customers for performance feedback evaluations because if our clients are not satisfied with our services, we’re not satisfied.

What if something in my home gets broken?

Our maid staff is incredibly careful while cleaning your home, and in fact, we have an exemplary track record of not breaking things. However, accidents do happen. If something in your house is broken by one of our employees, we will repair or replace the item. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. Please notify us within 48 hours of the cleaning date if an accident occurs.
